Not happy with your order? Let us make it right!

We have a 14-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after the date you received your item to request a return for store credit only

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with tags and hygiene labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We offer FREE RETURNS for store credit. All exchanges will be liable for the shipping cost of mailing new items.

To start a return, contact us at contact@moorooswim.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note: International returns/ exchanges are responsible for 100% of shipping costs. This includes the shipment of any exchanged items. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exchanges
For a speedy exchange for the item you want vs the item you have - the original order must be returned and once the return is accepted, you will be able to make a separate order for the new item. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue you a store credit instead  Please note: All exchanges will be liable for the shipping cost of mailing new items.

Returns
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if it was approved. If it is, you’ll be sent a gift card for store credit directly to your email address immediately. We do not offer refunds to your form of payment.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email or until your shipping confirmation email has been sent (whichever happens sooner). Cancellations after this time will only be eligible for store credit. No refunds will be issued to your form of payment.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Please note, sale items and gift cards are final sale and we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.
